Terms of use
The agreement between you and MINI for using Meet My MINI.
Using this site
LEGAL PLACEHOLDER — the agreement itself, owed by MINI.
Meet My MINI lets you build a public profile for your car, get a QR code for it, and let other people at an event scan that code to read about it.
Your account
LEGAL PLACEHOLDER — account terms, owed by MINI.
Signing in is by emailed link. There is no password to lose, and we never ask for one.
What you post
LEGAL PLACEHOLDER — the user-generated-content waiver, owed by MINI. This is the clause §4.6 of the scope calls the UGC waiver, and it is the one registration cannot ship without.
You keep ownership of your photos. You are responsible for having the right to post them, including where other people or their cars appear in them.
Removing content
LEGAL PLACEHOLDER — the removal and enforcement clause, owed by MINI.
We can take a profile or a photo offline while we look at it. Nothing is deleted when we do; if we have got it wrong we can put it back.
